Rules!

  • 1. You have to choose a free country. (view "Free countries" section)
  • 2. You can change your country as many times as you want.
  • 3. But you must play with the same country again if you win previous edition.
  • 4. And remember! You may choose just 1 country to play with.

  • Some countries may take songs from others! Here they are:

  • 1. Eurovision songs are NOT allowed.
  • 2. Cover versions ARE allowed.
  • 3. The song must be at least 2:00 minutes in duration.
  • 4. The song can be from any decade.

  • 1. He or she has to be born in the country you're participating with , if they are not, then they must have a link to that country e.g family.
  • 2. If it's a band, at least 1 member must be from the country you're participating with.
  • 3. Same artist/band may be sent only for 2 editions in a row.

  • 1. The voting system in this contest is exactly the same as the system used at Eurovision, e.g.

      1pnt to...; 2pnts to...; 3pnts to...; 4pnts to...; 5pnts to...; 6pnts to...; 7pnts to...; 8pnts to...; 10pnts to...; 12pnts to...

  • 2. You'll have to send me an e-mail with your votes. mysteryman4567@yahoo.com
  • 3. You must vote before the deadline, if you vote after or don't vote at all, you get disqualified.
  • 4. If you select a country, it will be yours till you withdraw...But if you get disqualified, your country becomes free for somebody else to select.

  • 1. A semi-final will be applied, if there are more than 32 participants. If there are more than 36 participants, we'll have 2 semi-finals.
  • 2. If we have 1 semi-final, the Top 3 of the previous edition automatically qualifies to the next edition's final, but if there are 2 semi-finals it's just the winner who goes directly to the final.
  • 3. If we have 1 semi-final, the top 22 of the semi-final qualifies to the final, but if we have 2 semi-finals, then just the top 11 of each semi-final qualifies to the Grand final.
  • 4. Finalists can't vote in any of the semi-finals, but semi-finalists, who haven't qualified to the final, may vote in the final if they wish to.
  • 5. The winner will have a right to give a wildcard to 3 non-qualifier Countries.

  • 1. If there are ties for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, we count who has recieved the most 12-s, if it's still tied, then we count the 10-s etc.
  • 2. If there are ties for 4th, 5th, 6th...places, we don't do anything, it stays that way.

  • 1. The Host City can't be repeated, if you win twice, you must select another city.
